Our commissions are 3 to 5% for sellers and this includes a no fee valuation. Dr. Bonsack, the president of the company, is a retired dentist who understands how much work goes into running a practice over time. He wants the sellers to be rewarded for their efforts and does not find it necessary to charge exorbitant fees.
For nationwide sellers or sellers who want to save even more money, we offer the DIY Program. This program gives do-it-yourself sellers step by step instructions on how to sell their practice on their own. Dr. Bonsack sold his own practice without a traditional dental broker and knows firsthand what the potential pitfalls are and how to avoid them.
For buyers we offer prompt due diligence to evaluate every variable involved with the buying opportunity. Again, we are proud to offer this service at fees that are a fraction of our competitors. Our buyer’s representation includes a thorough examination of tax returns, profit and loss statements, dental software reports, and other pertinent information. Dr. Bonsack’s business background and 25 years as a practicing dentist enable him to have a unique insight into analyzing practices for sale. He understands what makes a practice a good or a bad fit for a potential buyer.
