If you are looking to buy a dental practice, MidAtlantic Dental Transitions should be your company of choice.  We enjoy speaking to potential buyers about their particular needs and want them to find a practice that is a great fit.  We offer several services that buyers utilize in the transition process.

If you contact us as a local buyer, as a Maryland dental broker, we will first check to see if we have a seller that would be a good match.  If we don’t have a seller for you currently, we will let you know if a seller lists with us in the future.  There is no fee to list with us as a buyer and you will be put on a priority list.

When a practice is found outside our company, we provide thorough due diligence for our buyers to evaluate that practice in the most cost-effective manner in the dental transition industry.  Firstly,  MADT  performs the due diligence by analyzing tax returns, profit and loss statements, dental software reports, broker’s information and other pertinent practice information in its entirety.  Secondly, we are  very proficient at performing an on-site practice analysis as well.  This includes meeting the seller to evaluate personality similarities, perform a chart review as well as evaluating the location, schedule and equipment.  MidAtlantic Dental Transitions’ buyer fees are very reasonable relative to other advisors that help buyers.  Also, MADT is one of the few advisors that will perform an on-site practice analysis.
